cg66 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and cg66 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cg66.io (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cg66 Platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional features — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement was last updated in January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. cg66 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a personal account registered by a Player on the cg66 Platform that enables access to real-money gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or match bonus amounts awarded to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification procedures cg66 may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or as part of a fraud-prevention review.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other payment methods explicitly listed as accepted on the Platform's deposit page at the time of a transaction.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each game or betting market as displayed within that game or market on the Platform.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the cg66 Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cg66 operates a strict 21+ policy. We do not permit access to real-money gaming or betting by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in the user's jurisdiction.
• You are registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold an existing cg66 Account in any name or under any email address. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or direct family member of a current employee or contractor of cg66 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law and cg66 has explicitly restricted access from that territory.
• You have not been self-excluded from the cg66 Platform or had your account permanently closed by cg66 for any reason.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming and betting services on cg66, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. cg66 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a Player.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. cg66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cg66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the cg66 Platform. If cg66 identifies duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, address, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — cg66 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified Account, forfeit any Bonus Funds held in duplicate Accounts, and void any bets or winnings generated from duplicate Accounts.

4.4 KYC Verification

cg66 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include providing a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe — typically 72 hours of the request being made — may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with cg66's Privacy Policy.

4.5 Account Currency

cg66 Accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered and selected during registration.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

cg66 accepts deposits via the following Approved Payment Methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard (where available). The complete list of currently available deposit methods is displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit on cg66 is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification may access higher deposit limits. Current limit information is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cg66 Account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment network. cg66 is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from accounts, wallets, or cards belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any balance resulting from a third-party deposit may be voided and the funds returned to the originating payment method. You must not use the cg66 Platform to process, transfer, or launder funds obtained through unlawful means.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your cg66 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. cg66 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative Approved Payment Method if the original method is unavailable. Withdrawals are not processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

cg66 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for all withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay during BST business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of peak processing hours (08:00–22:00 BST) may take up to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or other banking partners may take 1–3 BST business days.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification

cg66 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This applies in particular to: (a) first-time withdrawals from a new Account; (b) any single withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000; (c) any Account where KYC has not yet been completed; or (d) any Account flagged by our security systems for unusual activity. Verification requests will be communicated via the email address registered to your Account and must be completed within 72 hours.

6.5 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum single withdrawal amount on cg66 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your Account Balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

cg66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on cg66 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested. Welcome bonus wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Only Real Money Funds wagering on eligible games contributes to wagering requirement progress.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the cg66 Platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows: Slots — 100%; Crash games (including Monster Crash and Aviator) — 50%; Live Casino table games — 10%; Sports betting — 20%. Games excluded entirely from wagering contribution are listed in the individual bonus terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

cg66 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse a promotional offer. Examples of bonus abuse include: using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing offsetting bets across two or more Accounts or platforms to lock in profit regardless of outcome; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; or any other behaviour that cg66 determines to be inconsistent with normal recreational gaming activity.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

cg66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account and on which wagering has commenced will be honoured subject to any change that materially does not increase the burden on the Player. Where a change does materially increase the burden, the Player may elect to forfeit the remaining Bonus Funds rather than continue under the new terms.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the cg66 Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. cg66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds permitted stake limits, where a market is suspended, or where cg66 reasonably suspects the integrity of the market has been compromised.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market on the Platform. cg66 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Players without prior notice where, in cg66's reasonable judgement, such limits are necessary to manage risk.

8.3 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

cg66 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket fixtures including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI and Test series, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. All cricket betting markets are governed by the sport-specific betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. cg66 reserves the right to void any sports bet where the result is subject to official review, where match-fixing or corruption is reasonably suspected, or where cg66's data provider provides incorrect or delayed information that materially affects the bet.

8.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or in circumstances that would not ordinarily have been permissible, cg66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. cg66 will not honour winnings generated as a result of an obvious error in odds or game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cg66 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and any Real Money Funds returned subject to verification. cg66 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; opening an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the cg66 Platform in any name or under any identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or other competitive games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place bets, meet wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Any exploitation of promotional offers inconsistent with normal recreational play as described in Section 7.4.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a cg66 deposit without first contacting cg66's support team to resolve the matter.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any bug, vulnerability, or unintended feature of the Platform to gain an advantage. Players who discover a system error are required to notify cg66 immediately.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward cg66 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cg66 Platform — including but not limited to the cg66 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of cg66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cg66.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own terms and conditions as incorporated into the cg66 platform licence.

11 Privacy & Data

cg66's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by the cg66 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary: cg66 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. cg66 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All personal data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Players located in Bangladesh may contact [email protected] to submit data access, correction, or deletion requests.

cg66 may share personal data with third-party service providers — including KYC verification services, payment processors, and game providers — to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All third-party service providers are contractually bound to handle Player data in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

12 Responsible Gaming

cg66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals showing time spent in session and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account will be inaccessible for the duration of the cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from the cg66 Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cg66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if cg66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cg66's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cg66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cg66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from planned or unplanned system maintenance, technical failures, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond cg66's reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by cg66's gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Termination

14.1 Termination by cg66

cg66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) cg66's reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to cg66, other players, or the integrity of the Platform; or (e) cg66's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

14.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cg66 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 BST business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason: (a) your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked; (b) all pending bets placed before termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable Game Rules and any resulting Real Money winnings credited or returned as appropriate; (c) all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirements are forfeited; (d) cg66 retains the right to retain transaction records and account data for a period of up to 7 years for compliance and audit purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cg66 is incorporated as an offshore operator. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in the Platform's legal documentation available upon request.

Nothing in this clause prevents cg66 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect cg66's intellectual property, prevent fraud, or otherwise protect cg66's legitimate business interests.

Players based in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform from their own jurisdiction and that cg66 operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in Bangladesh. cg66 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in Bangladesh or any other specific territory.

16.1 General Enquiries

16.3 Formal Dispute Process

If you wish to raise a formal dispute regarding a game outcome, a withdrawal decision, an account action, or any other matter covered by this Agreement, please follow these steps:

1. Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and include your Account username, a description of the issue, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
2. cg66 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 BST business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with cg66's response, you may escalate the matter to cg66's senior compliance team by replying to the initial response and requesting escalation. A final position will be provided within a further 10 BST business days.
4. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, cg66 may, at its discretion, agree to refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator. The cost of any such independent adjudication will be borne by cg66 if the outcome is in the Player's favour, or shared equally if the outcome is split.

16.4 Language of Communication

All formal communication with cg66, including dispute submissions, KYC documentation requests, and account correspondence, is conducted in English. This is the official language of the Platform and of this Agreement.
